Refunds can only be issued for purchases that were made in error and have not been downloaded. If you purchased an item in error, please notify us within 24 hours of your purchase. Refunds cannot be issued after 24 hours have passed.
If your request for refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to ten (10) days for your refund to be processed.
Your financial provider may have additional processing delays beyond the ten day period that can create a delay before the refund is posted. Please work with your financial provider regarding their processing time periods.
